TK – 8th Grade Annual Fund
The TK-8th grade annual fund goal is to raise a minimum of $184,500. Below we have highlighted the various projects that need funding. The projects support advancement and improvements in campus life, student activities, athletics, theater, and orchestra. Please consider how God is inviting you to be part of His story to make FCS a better place for kids to flourish in every way! Can you cover an entire project? Or will you join with the crowd to help us collectively reach our goal?

Annual Fund Projects
This November, we are asking all of our Foothill families and partners to help us raise a minimum of $184,500. Participating in the annual fund allows the school to make program improvements that can’t be accomplished with tuition alone. The annual fund is how we fund the “margin of excellence” for which we are known. Whether you choose to donate toward the overall goal or cover a project outright, your gift helps make it happen.

Ever Alert System

We’re raising funds to install the Ever Alert system in every classroom and meeting space on campus. This innovative, synchronized clock, alarm, and bell system will enhance routine communication, provide live paging, and improve emergency notifications across the school. With its versatility, Ever Alert will keep us on time for classes, passing periods, and events, ensure clear communication, and enhance safety for all. To make this possible, we need each classroom to raise at least $2,000, which will cover their classroom and a shared common area like the library, gym, or office.

We’re raising funds to give our elementary childcare center a much-needed renovation to create a better, brighter space for our students. Your support will go toward expanding the kitchen, installing new flooring, fresh paint, and relocating and constructing a more efficient interior office. We also plan to increase seating areas, create a fun mini stage for the kids, and bring in new furniture for comfort and functionality. These improvements will enhance the environment, making it more inviting and enriching for both students and staff.

We’re raising funds to improve the safety and functionality of our backlot play yard. Specifically, by adding higher fencing to the south wall to prevent balls from going over into the wash, this also provides an added layer of security for our students. This upgrade will create a safer, more enjoyable space for outdoor activities. Your support will help us make this essential improvement, benefiting everyone who uses the play yard.

Foothill’s legacy orchestra (FCLYO) has an exciting opportunity to go on tour in Nashville, Summer 2025, and we need your help to make it happen! We are raising funds to cover registration fees, instrument rentals, and financial aid to help reduce the costs for student performers. This tour will be an unforgettable experience, giving students the chance to showcase their talents on a national stage. Your donation will ensure that every student has the opportunity to participate!

We’re raising funds to support our athletic and PE department with vital equipment upgrades. Your donations will go towards new uniforms for our girls’ volleyball teams (JV and varsity) and varsity football team, and a Wet Bulb Globe Thermometer (WBGT) to monitor heat stress, ensuring safer conditions for all athletes. Additionally, we aim to purchase indoor hockey sticks for PE classes that are gym-floor friendly, and renovate the locker room for a better athlete experience. These investments will enhance safety, performance, and the overall athletic environment for our students.

Your contribution will directly support our performers and bring their talents to life in new, exciting ways!

We’re raising funds to equip our computer classes and eSports team with the latest tools that inspire creativity and innovation! Your support will go towards purchasing drones, iPad pencils, and Nintendo Switches with pro controllers (for eSports). We also aim to install a new TV for collaborative presentations and a storage/charging unit to keep all equipment safe and ready for action. These tools will give students hands-on experience in design and technology, fostering skills that are essential for the future. Every contribution, big or small, will make a huge impact on our students’ learning experience!
